Description

The 2-day meeting on the CLIC detector and physics study will start at 13h00 on Tuesday 10 June and will end at 17h30 on Wednesday 11 June.

Plenary sessions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.

Most of the time will be devoted to topical sessions, providing an overview of ongoing activities and future plans. In order to allow the participants to get a good overview of the work in CLICdp, we try to avoid parallel sessions as much as possible.

We foresee to have the following topical sessions:

Physics, Analysis + Software (S. Lukic + M. Thomson)
Detector Optimization (C. Grefe + F. Simon)

Vertex + Tracker R&D (D. Dannheim + J. Vossebeld)
ECAL, HCAL + FCAL R&D (M. Idzik + E. Sicking)

CLICdp Institute Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday lunchtime.

A common dinner on Tuesday evening at 19:45 hrs at "Club Nautique Versoix", http://www.cnv.ch/?page=1175
(besides dinner, bathing in the lake would be possible)

There are no registration fees for the meeting.
A contribution of 60 CHF (in cash) will be asked for the dinner.
