Liverpool NA62 Collaboration Meeting 27-30 August 2013

Information for delegates:
All working sessions of the collaboration meeting will take place in the Foresight Centre on the main campus of Liverpool University from 27-29 August 2013. Cloakrooms and lockable space for valuables is provided. Car parking outside the centre is available at £3-50 per 24 hours.

Registration will take place in the Foresight Centre from 08:30 to 09:00 on 27th August. The registration fee includes all tea/coffee breaks and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday plus a welcome drink reception in CTL on the Tuesday evening and conference dinner on Wednesday evening. The cost of accommodation is additional.

Exclusively for an "Early Bird" registrations (deadline 14th of July) there is an option to book accommodation at Vine Court Residences (on campus accommodation) at a cost of  £200 per room (4 nights) - arriving Monday 26th August, departing Friday 30th August. The rooms in Vine Court are all en suite with one double bed (of width 1.35m). The breakfast is included. 
For the Standard Registration (deadline 16th August 2013) and the Late 
Registration  (payment in cash at the meeting) accommodation have to be booked by visitors.  

After registration please proceed to The University of Liverpool e-shop to make payment. Group payments can be organised by contacting Linda.Fielding@liverpool.ac.uk There will be an opportunity to visit the clean rooms and workshop in the Physics Department on 27thAugust. A drinks reception will be held on Tuesday evening in the Central Teaching Laboratory. 

Parallel sessions will be held on Wednesday 28th August in 4 separate conference rooms. Plenary sessions on Tuesday and Thursday will be held in the Gallery and will include a guest lecture on Rare Kaon Physics by Dr Martin Gorbahn. Space for breakout meetings is also available.

Tea/coffee/juice and biscuits will be available every morning in the Foresight Centre from 08:30 in addition to mid morning and mid afternoon. Lunch will be provided.

In between the plenary sessions on Thursday 29th, participants will have a chance to join an excursion to Liverpool Museums and Waterfront.

The Steering Committee will be held in the Oliver Lodge Physics Laboratory during the morning of 30th August and will be followed by a light lunch.


The collaboration dinner, preceded by a drinks reception and organ recital, will take place in the Anglican Cathedral, which is a 15 minute walk from the Foresight Centre.
