Description

The goal of the String-Math 2016 conference is to bring together mathematicians and physicists who work on ideas related to string theory, a broad framework which aims to unify all fundamental interactions in Nature.

The String-Math 2016 conference will take place from June 27 to July 2nd at Collège de France in Paris. It will be the culmination of an extended 3-month program at Institut Henri Poincaré, Paris, on the mathematics of string theory, and will include a session for the general public on Saturday July 2nd, organized jointly with Séminaire Poincaré.

The String-Math 2016 conference is organized in partnership with the Clay Mathematics Institute. Support from LPTHE, Fédération de Recherche Interactions Fondamentales, IMJ-PRGIHESIPHT-CEA, LPTENSFondation Mathématique Jacques HadamardFondation Philippe Meyer pour le développement culturel et artistique,Université Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris 6, CNRS, ANR, NSF and Institut Henri Poincaré  is gratefully acknowledged.
