Winter Workshop on Recent QCD Advances at the LHC

Europe/Zurich
Les Houches

Les Houches

Christophe Suire (Institut National de Physique Nucleaire... (IN3P3) - Universite), David d'Enterria (CERN), Francois Gelis
Description
The aim of the workshop is to discuss theoretical and experimental issues connected with the study of QCD in hadronic interactions of common interest for high-energy particle and heavy-ion physics. The workshop plans to bring together experts, both theorists and experimentalists, to discuss the first LHC data collected in p-p at sqrt(s) = 7 TeV as well as in (expected) Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt(s) = 2.76 TeV.
