O(alpha_s^2) corrections to semileptonic b-quark decay rate are calculated to several orders in m_c/m_b. Applied to the muon decay, they lead to a -0.43 ppm decrease in the lifetime. We also present recent results of our group on NNLO corrections to t-quark decay into polarized W-bosons.
