The workshop will take place from Monday January 29 to Friday February 2, 2024. Sessions will start on Monday at 14:00 and will end on Friday at 12:30, a preliminary overview of the program is found here. Lunches will be offered both on Monday before the beginning of the sessions and on Friday after the workshop ends. The workshop agenda is growing here. A limited number of students whose abstracts will be accepted for oral contributions may receive an exemption from the conference fee, accommodation and reimbursement of travel costs (lump sum).
To apply for the support the candidate should send an e-mail to the PED coordinators (christophe.grojean@cern.ch, patrick.janot@cern.ch) with a request along with the PhD supervisor’s recommendation. The deadline for application is Dec. 15, 2023.
