Oral contributionsWe hope that all talks will be available before the workshop so that they can be downloaded to the conference computer system for display. To upload their talk files to this agenda, please do the following: (1) Using the "Modify" menu at the top of the page, enter the password. (2) Point to the red arrow next to your talk, when you will see a list of options. Select "Attach files" and you will see a second menu, from which you should choose "file upload" You should have local access to the file to be transfered. (3) Click on the "browse" button, then on your file, and validate your choice. There is a help menu at the top of the page. Very large files (>20MB) may need to be delivered on a portable memory device, eg USB card. Please contact Sandra Claude (lecc.workshop@cern.ch) if there are problems.

Poster contributionsStandard US-sized foam boards will be available for afixing posters. The dimensions of the boards will be 40 x 30 inches (1016mm x 762mm), with the larger dimension in the vertical direction. If needed authors may request the use of two poster boards. In this case they should make their request as soon as possible to Sandra Claude (lecc.workshop@cern.ch) with copy to John Oliver (jnoliver@fas.harvard.edu). The titles and authors of poster papers are included in the agenda in a virtual session on Friday afternoon. Authors will be able to upload their written papers in the same manner as oral presentations.Speaker: Steve Quinton
